We strive to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and printing processes.

2. Damage Due to Customer Usage
Designguru Creative Studio is not responsible for any damage, wear and tear, misuse, improper handling, or alterations made by the customer after delivery.

3. Order Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all order details, including design, size, quantity, spelling, and specifications, before placing the order. Once approved, orders cannot be modified or cancelled unless agreed upon by us.

4. Price & Product Availability
Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product or service at any time.

5. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
Designguru Creative Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion due to pricing errors, unavailable products, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other valid reason. Any eligible refund will be processed accordingly.

6. Delivery & Customer Information
We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate customer information, including address, contact number, or recipient details.

7. Customer Information Agreement
By placing an order, the customer confirms that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete. Any loss or delay resulting from incorrect information shall be the customer’s responsibility.

8. Complaint & Replacement Policy
Any complaint regarding the product must be reported within 5 days from the date of delivery. Complaints received after this period will not be entertained.

9. Compliance with Indian Laws
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Government of India.
